Loosing trans fluid out of intermediate housing

Have rebuild trans with all new gaskets/seals and leaking a little fluid out of intermediate housing where it bolts to tcase. I do not have gasket here, didn't think I needed one, thought trans was sealed. Any ideas.

Haven't had mine apart in a while but I think the intermediate housing is dry. Sounds like the rear seal on the transmission is gone.

It will leak without that gasket or sealant at the tcase. The housing is not dry. That's why the trans vent is on top of the housing.
