Sorry for no updates in forever. I've been absolutely crushed with the buildout of the new location.
I did make time to thrash this apart to find this never ending oil leak.
Old trucks man..... they never stop leaking no matter what you do.
In any case- the flywheel bolt holes are through holes on the stroker crank. I didn't put thread sealant on the flywheel bolts (only blue loctite) and the oil was flinging out of the threads.

phew. been a bit. This whole "move your business to another location and get it up and running/build it bigger/fix issues" thing is a mother lol
It's totally consumed me for the last few months.
Been working with Sherp directly on some things- so we have a few at the shop. More on that later.
so.

I dont want to do it, but the got dam C bushings on the radius arms are splitting :rubs temples:
so the front end I guess is getting blown apart to fix this. Not a happy camper over this, and energy suspension is just shrugging their shoulder on it.
need to change the fitting end on the water temp sensor to the push on style. the eyelet style isn't working well.
working on getting the lettering done on the sides. interviewing and checking out different artists.
still need to figure out how to make the windwing plates to finish those, and emblems once it gets cut/buffed/ceramic coated.
A couple odds and ends to finish it up 100%
Took it to a car show, and the truck along with the bronco got a trophy :D
Buffed the truck out and ceramic coated it for the last hizzah on this paint.
Thinking of selling the Unimog so I can fund some other projects in the future.

side note-
1- I cant upload directly here which is sorta dumb so i have to go get an image link and post it here to show them......
2. I *was* posting all image links from pirate4x4.com, and now the website won't allow it- so now im posting it from my irate4x4.com thread.
3. Did pirate join the band on linking or something?
