Bronco porn... At the 2014 AZ Stampede. Creeping around in the early morning. I'll post more later in the stampede pic thread.

So slow...

New corner (not welded on yet) and took skin off driver door. Got my Centech wiring harness that I won a discount for!

Well my welder was borrowed. Thought I'd clean up a little. Decided to put the tub on the frame to clean up and get some holes cut for the transmission and transfercase. I didn't have much help so it was like moving a stone for the pyramids. Luber...

In process...

Finally on...

my helper...

A little more done. Old fenders and grill on loose. Driver door skinned. Hood just set on.

If the work you have done is any sign of what's to come it's gonna look great! It'll be worth the wait.

New Fenders and Grille. Hope to save the hood, no rust, but one ugly dent in passenger rear corner. And Tailgate, not a good tailgate, rusty bottom tailgate. Lots of little stuff to do - radiator brackets, align everything, weld front together, grind welds on floor pan, finish windshield hinge mounting.

Installed a 25,000 BTU AC unit on the garage. Should be cool (and dry) enough to work on a bit this summer.

AC makes it nice in the garage. Aligning panels. Installing radiator mounts to align fan with 2" body lift.

Radiator mocked up. Need some bracing due to relocation for the 2" body lift.

How did you get the Bronco balanced on the core support???

It's not easy, involves a couple bottle jacks, a bunch of cinder blocks, and 3 good 2x4s. That's probably why this build is taking so long.

A little body shimming to get the doors aligned. Flares on. Measure once cut twice.

A little trimming to perform, 1.5" inside the line.
