My knowledge is in race cars, not 4wd's so pardon my ignorance.
I am finishing the build on 67. I have a fuel injected 302, 4r70w with stand alone controler, d20, and 35" tires. I am regearing to 4:56 gears. 95% pavement duty, and I may do a little trail riding as I get the 4 wheeling bug.
Next week I am taking the 3rd member out to get the 4;56 gears installed. Do you recommend I go to a different setup while it is out? I have a large amount of money in the truck at this point and don't mind spending a little more if it will be beneficial. Just not sure if i want or need a "locker". But, i also question if the stock clutch pack is crap. Let me know what ya think.
