my buddy just converted to the nissan Xterra 3 turn power steering box and needs the fitting sizes that are on the box. im sure they are metric of some sort. lol he also bought the wild horses saginaw pump and would like to know what those fittings are too. much appreciated! he wants to get custom hoses made this weekend.

thanks!

There are 2 versions of the Nissan box. mid '01½ was the change over date. Prior used metric banjo fittings, I forget the size. But the later is a Saginaw box and the pressure fitting is 3/8" inverted female. Return is metric from the best I can tell. I always remind people to take that fitting when they get the box, just cut the rubber hose. If you don't have that fitting you will need to source one from another Xterra or from a dealer as I don't know of any other sources.
