Need Help with Driver Door Alignment

Good afternoon all,
I am trying to get my driver door to line up better than it is now. I understand, from reading previous posts dealing with the door alignment issues, that it probably will not be perfect. The rear part of door sticks out about an inch and the top of door has a gap of an inch even though the striker is latched. When I purchased the Bronco the driver door was hitting the rear door post. I fixed that by adding new quick release stainless steel door hinges. It stuck out too far at the rear of door and had a big gap at the top. I added door shims (2 1/16 thick shims) on the bottom hinge between the hinge and door post and it still sticks out an inch. I will add some pictures later today to show what it looks like. Any suggestions on what I should do next? I apologize for being too wordy in this post; I am new to posting request for assistance.
Thanks in advance for your help.

My understanding of this problem (which I have on my passenger side) is that it is a door post rust issue. There is a youtube video somewhere that has a guy who explains how he fixes it by jacking up the truck right by the body mount by the door in question, then reinforcing the trouble area. I'll look and see if I can find it. It's not too much more helpful than what I just said, but at least it gives you somewhere to look.

Sagging floor causes door alignment issues also sometimes fixed by new body mounts and possibly adding shims. This is very common and you would be surprised on how a little bit off can make the door alignment a mother..

Pushing the hinge plate in towards the floor pans will help solve the issue of the door sticking out. Putting a shim under the rear body mount or front mount will help close the gap at the top of the door

Took some pictures of the door. Not the best pictures because they were taken with my phone camera. I think I may replace all 8 body mounts with new mounts. Thanks again everyone for the help.
