Need help with Saginaw id off 1999? f250

Did a conversion on my 351w years ago. The saginaw used the almost new back then one off a 250 application. Does anyone remember this conversion. The reservoir was the smaller neck. I used the 86-92 Stang 5.0/Vic/custom serp setup. I did have to slightly flap a corner but that was all. Does any remember what the original application was for me to source this again. I can not remember. Seems postimage.org is down and all my pics of this item are on there, had to start again as the site was garbaged. Heres the pic of it. No it was a F250 can't remember year. Have seen a few chevys from the late 60s with the modified canned have reservoir. I remember having to go to the dealership as none of the parts houses had any yet.
