Hey guys. I'm looking to drop my lift from 5.5" to a 3.5" lift. Going with a suspension that would be used for street use. I want a lower stance so it would handle better. My tires & rim package is 315/75r16, tires measure 33.25" or they are suppose to be 35"s. Anyone have pics of thier truck with a 3.5" lift with either 35" or 33" tires? Thanks

Here is my 73. It's got 3.5" wild horse springs in the front and 4.5" leaves in the back. Riding on 33x12.50x15 Goodyear Duratracs on 15x8 wheels. The measure 32 1/2" tall. I plan on putting 35" on when these wear out.

3.5" suspension lift, no body lift with 35" Mud BFG's. The pictures (yellow and blue) were taken after I trimmed my fenders higher than normal, which was important to keep my tires from rubbing, and critical to keep from getting more deep cuts from the sheet metal into the tread. The last yellow photo was taken before I fixed the rear sag and trimmed the fenders - you can see the fiberglass is broken in the back and split in the front (it had 33" all terrain BFG's back then).

Take care

i just wanted to comment on how good the two-tone goes with the flares. i've never liked the flares left as is, but your paint scheme flows with the rear flares and front fenders well. i like how the white paint rolls from the flares into the rocker panel and then to the flares. nicely done!

Thanks man! Hard to believe that paint is.....ah.....let's see we repainted it the stock color in 1996 so 15 years ago? Man times flies.

I've had a couple of cut front fender broncos and I dig the low lift big tire look but I just can't bring myself to cut this one, it just looks too good. ;D

That was the first thing I noticed when looking at the pictures. I like that look as I will have flares in the rear but dont want to cut the front fenders but I dont really like the look of black flares in the rear and body color front fenders. This gave me another paint option to think about. Thanks looks great!

Check my build thread in my signature below. I dropped my truck from 5.5 down to 3.5. I like it much better.

3 1/2" SL, 1" BL, 35's. It drives well on the street.
