thinking about pulling the pin on this set up to replace my vacuum wipers on my 67. my bronco has a reproduction dennis carpenter OE headliner and i am wondering if the wiper stud that goes through the windshield will be long enough to snap the wiper blade on giving the extra thickness of the headliner material?

anyone one on this forum using the newport set up with a headliner?

alos how do you find the newport wiper system?

thanks

If memory serves me correctly I have seen this at a few of the raffle events. I am sure others will chime in if they are using them, I think "IF" I had vacuum wipers I would replace them with the NewPort.

I have them, but I don't think the headliner touches it?
Duffy;

so the the headliner is sandwiched between the windshield frame and Newport box right? and no issues with the install everything fits, works and installs as it should?

I must not have that headliner? The newport just bolted right in.
Duffy,
any chance you can snap a pic of the nuit installed? that way i can see what you have for headliner and see if it will work for me. Im a long ways up N so i want to make sure before i order the NP wiper system that it will work for me.
much appreciated if you can.
thanks

Sorry my bronco is tucked away in a offsite storage for winter. I don't really have access to it.

Does this help?
