Which is why we're most all suggesting specific vendors who are trustable and who do a good job. The path that you are on is not one where you can simply buy COTS the parts needed to get there. When you get to the dampers you're going to want to talk to someone like Accutune and tell them what you want it to do because COTS dampers aren't going to get you where you're saying that you want to be either. Same with the steering. You can buy some of it COTS, but if you really want to hit your target it won't all be available and some custom tuning will be required.
I have the Duff Dual Sport package with their MS2020 shocks.

I second Straight Line Steering. My scout 2 box was beyond repair. I found a 6 turn Bronco box, Straight Line rebuilt and installed 4 turn spool.

Seems like I read some threads saying you may have to slightly modify the radiator support if using the Borgeson box. Tom's box says it is specifically made for them, which I tend to believe because it still uses the 13/16-36 input shaft and only has three mounting holes, unlike the Borgeson. And it is different than the only other new box that I know of, which is the Lares 11083. Summit has the Lares box under a different number, RockAuto carries it as well. It states it has a limited lifetime warranty and it looks nearly identical to the factory box, just differs a little at the "mounting tab". I'm pretty certain none of the new boxes will have ports that will accept factory Bronco hoses, but if you are doing AN hoses that won't matter. But I would still send the original to one of the companies listed and keep it original. I can't remember which one (maybe more than one?) but at least one of them will machine the casting and use oversized parts to build it if anything is out of tolerance.

That I'm aware of, all of the big names in PS specify the fluid that is to be used in "their" systems.
