Just moved to the Portland area (by Beaverton) and am looking for a good mechanic to work on my 1970 bronco. It needs a tune up and was running when loaded onto the auto transporter. But now it does not start. The starter cranks but the car does not start. :-[
Any help is appreciated!

Welcome!

I had the same problem with mine the day after I drove it home. Does it start if you jump it? Pull the lid off the aircleaner and see if its getting gas to the carb; you can bump the throttle on the side and see if gas shoots in. While cranking it, you can pull a sparkplug wire off and see if it is getting spark. Not much that can go wrong on these old engines, especially if it ran and you havent messed with it. Hope that helps.

Thanks, I will give your suggestions a try. Just moved to the Portland area and bronco is cluttered with my unpacking mess right now.
Will post to follow-up.

Does anyone know of any shop that does specialize in early broncos around the Portland area? I am not very mechanically inclined by intend to keep my bronco stock and original.
