All the kits I've seen originate from AA.
Just buy from where you get the best price and customer service. Shipping and sales tax are considerations.
Toms had a sale going when I bought mine when I happened to be driving through Medford. I got the sale price, no shipping, and no sales tax.

I found a whole set up on eBay for 2k with no core charge and free shipping. I was keeping an eye out checking everywhere for a sale or at least free shipping to save a few hundred and stumbled on one from eBay. The sellers store was mantrans he still has some nv4500 and zf's kicking around he may have another 3550 show up.
