I am currently building a bracket for my Exploder serp belt driven strrroker (thanks Allen for pics) with a TC style (looks similar to an Exploder p/s pump but has 1600psi and almost 5gpm). It is almost down to the frt cross member and the York fits above it...I really like the placement because the top of the York doesn't stick above the valve cover. This bracket clears the wtr pump outlet on the drivers side with plenty of clearance.
I think this is the only good way to get a york compressor on an explorer serp setup and not have to play with the passenger side breackets. You need to have the remote reservoir mounted up above somewhere, right? Are you putting the reservoir it in front of the valve cover?
