Is the relay in your picture the one provided by the steering column kit? Are you going to be utilizing the Painless relay?
You have to keep these things straight and you definitely don’t want two relays in the horn circuit.

I actually just noticed this today. When I was wiring the turn signal adapter for the Flaming River column I was only thinking of making the painless connection happy with the correct inputs. Now that I see painless provide a horn relay I will leave the FR relay out. I also am going to leave the FR hazard circuit out because I’m using the hazard switch on the dash with the painless harness.
