Is Paintless Dent repair an option with a 73 Bronco since the metals
is thicker than it todays vehicles? I bronco is all original paint with no Bondo and no repair jobs but there’s a few dents that could be knocked out...

You will have to check with your guy doing the work. It may be thicker, but it is also not the modern super alloy metal either.

I am a paintless dent repair tech, and I fixed about 30 dents on my original paint 75. You just need to find someone very experienced (and willing) to fix it. Someone with the right skills can get it done for you. Just need to use plenty of heat and make sure you assist in gaining access to the dented area, so you dont have to worry about them damaging anything. But yes, the metal is much thicker. So if the dents are on the larger side, you may have a tough time with this style of repair
