Another late night I got half of the dynamat down. This is some super sticky stuff. I'm really glad I decided to do this before pad and carpet.

Aero Fuel Cap

Here are the pics of what I did for the Aero fuel cap.

Do you know the size or part # for your fuel cap? Does a 2" hose fit over the back? You have me sold on that product!

Yes the ID of that 90 is 2" remember you'll have to fab something up for the 5/8 vent or it will take an hour to fill your tank. Good luck

Great stuff man, this build it top notch.

You'll be stoked with that Dynomat down under the carpet and pad. I did that on my 69 and it was NICE. I have the boxes of dynomat in the garage to do my 73 but I've just been too lazy. hahaha

JDJ did you happen to see when a lot of my posts are? Around 1 in the morning. I've been putting in so many hours on this pig. My wife is supper supportive and helps to keep me motivated. I'm shooting to have this pig on the road by the end of the month. We are taking it to Bronco Safari May 2-5 I want to have It ready a month early so I can work out the bugs. Not to mention 95% of this build I've been running solo, learning tons along the way.

These bad boy lights came yesterday. Looking like I'll tackle the Centech harness on Saturday any suggestions?

Imagine that 2am again. Well tonight I officially started the big wire job, well kinda I rewired the steering column and put all together after I painted. O one question, can I wire the truck put the dash on then install the column? Whats going to work best for me?

I don’t know how you do it! Must be pure adrenaline.;D

Yes, I have done it both ways and having the dash out is by far the easiest/quickest. Just make sure your wires have the right amount of slack and you’ll be fine. I usually put the column in first, however since you already have the steering wheel on it I’d stick with your plan and put it in last.

Oh, and one last thought.... GET SOME SLEEP!;D;D

I have noticed you have been buring the midnight oil. It is great that your wife is so supportive.

I am trying to get my bronco back together. My wife wants me to get it back together too.....but at times I get the vibe that she doesn't want me to go out to the shop to work on it. Danged if I do.....Danged if I don't LOL

I am also trying to get it done by the end of the month. IF I do, that will give me about 2 weeks to work the bugs out before super celebration. I would love to take my bronco to the show, but I don't know if it will happen this year or not....
