PTFE and AN Fittings

I don’t think those will withstand the pressure. I could be wrong but ps pumps average about 1200 psi. Regular AN hose is only good up around 300 psi.

Neither of those fittings will mate up to anything on a Saginaw pump, afaik. The fuel lines they attach to are very different than p/s pump fittings.

Someone can correct me if I’m wrong but I don’t think those mate up to those return lines.

Nothing wrong with using hand made PTFE lines for Hydraboost. For the return lines what you’re going to want is a hard line adaptor for whatever size tube is on the reservoir. Then you cut off the crimp on the tubes and have nice clean straight tube for the adaptor to attach to. the Best solution would be to cut the tube off completely and weld -6 male bungs right onto the reservoir but I know that’s not possible for everyone.
