Question regarding winch/bumper value

Here are a couple pics of the bumper/winch combo that came on my bronco. I plan on going with a stock bumper and wont have any use for the WARN 8274 and bumper.... Any guys/gals with winch experience have a clue as to what this thing is worth?

Value on the winch varies if it works well with a good line seen them go 3-500$ or more depending on shape Bumper varies depending on make etc I have some stock bumpers I'd trade if you are interested

That's one of the best winches Warn ever made so it still has value if it works.

I was told it still worked by the PO however I have never tried to use it. He was around 75 years old ant said he had not used it in years.
