Just get a pint of whatever color you want to tint with. I have used good paint as well as just some rustoleum too from Home Depot. Worked just fine. Its like a 10% add into the mix, should say on the box. Super simple. It will come out a bit lighter than the tint you put in so go darker than you want to account for the lightening.

You will get the best results by doing what tito said. He is right the color is a little lighter if you use matching paint, go a little darker.

So I would just get a pint of paint have have them tint it to the color I want then pour it into the bottles? I wouldn't take the Rator liner bottles and have them use their machine to add color to it? Sorry, completely new to this!

Yup, you add the paint yourself to the bottle along with the hardener supplied in the kit then shake, shake, shake and shoot! Your air pressure and distance from what you are spraying can change the texture of the product anywhere from a rough type of line-x to a smooth type thats more rubbery like rhino. If I remember right higher pressure will cause the rougher texture...lower the smoother. Play around with it with the first bottle.

Tito is right about the pressure. I shot my right at the low end recommended level, and it's real smooth. I used a secondary gauge with filter at gun.

Awesome! Glad it worked for you. I have been real happy with the product. Its not as durable as a line-x but it is a fraction of the cost.
