refoam heater box question

I received the foam kit to refoam my 73 heater box. I messed up one of the sheets of precut foam...it doesn't look like anything special. Can I just buy a piece of foam and redo it? Thanks!

You should be able to. A few of those pieces are simply stopping metal from hitting metal when the internal doors get open and shut. Several others are more or less helping to cushion or hold things in place.
