Roll cage to the frame instead of floor

Anyone have some advice on how to get the roll cage over to the frame for more strength rather than to the floorboards? I have it installed now and want to strengthen it up to the frame so it doesn't cut through the floor board in an accident.

I saw a Bronco at Safari this past weekend roll and it sure made me want to do this ASAP. Ouch.

I reinforced the floor with some 16g since I want to run an aux tank on my 77.

How big was your plate? I am just afraid with the force of a roll the floor may just give out.

look under nutserts. It shows the panel I welded in the rear.
