So after wasting everyones time for way too long, the eagle finally landed on the islands of NJ this evening.

Expect me to be filled with questions as I attempt to invigorate this exceptional choice 1969 U15 into something I can roll every single day of the remainder of my life.

And I do mean filled with questions. I'm relatively sure which end of the screwdriver I'm supposed to hold....that's about it....

Congrats and welcome to the obsession. Good looking Bronc. Think I’d leave just the she sits exterior wise....especially for a daily driver. Just focus on the safety and performance stuff. That’s my $.02

That's the plan. She's got some crunchy spots, after the body mounts I'm going to have a shop tackle those peace-meal.

For me it's disk brakes front, family cage, headrests installed on the stockers, and a couple cool-guy odds and ends like LED headlights and a wood steering wheel; nothing overly fancy, I like it dirty and original.

And rust-proofing. Lots and lots of rust-proofing.

love the gun rack!

Me too. I'm in NJ..the gun rack, along with the NRA sticker, will piss off all my neighbors and will stay exactly where they are!

Even if I only use the rack to dry my wetsuits....Sorry, I make fun of them but I'm one of them...

Good looking rig. You thinking about selling? ha. Congrats. I'm a big fan of the Fluid Film for rust protection.

For the "gun racks", I had a professor that said the racks were designed to hold blue prints, but some guys used them for guns. Ha. I know we don't use blue prints anymore, but I still laugh inside when I see the racks.

My son went to college in NJ for a year

The school called in counselors and therapy animals when trump won the election.

Congrats on the buy. When I bought mine, I had little to no mechanical experience (or skill) but the same week I got it, I purchased a craftsman tool set and went to town. I have probably broken more than I have fixed, but I sure have learned a lot.

Where in SJ are you? As I've not seen too many hot chicks. Seen plenty of 2 legged cows though. I'm in Shamong 08088.

I wouldn't rush into paying a shop to do anything just yet.

I'm in OC. I've lived in Ireland, Southern California, New England...hands down, best looking girls anywhere are in South Jersey....just gotta look in the right spots!

I know the owner of Truman Muscle Cars personally, his kid does all their welding. I'm hoping they'll help me out with speedy service and not too much dough.

But why aren't there ANY rust prevention centers in South Jersey!?! Waxoyl/FF..tons of places in NY, PA, DE...literally nothing near us...
