"Binco" Build (slowest build ever...)

Nice seeing another one brought back to life and no, not even close to the "slowest build ever...", you have decades to go before you catch me.

During the summer, I'd be at the apartment pool, and about five to ten minutes before the hour, the pool would empty. Alice Turn signal Mod is done!

Finally got around to doing the 'Alice' turn signal modification. Very easy modification and I LOVE the way it cleans up the front of the truck.

Bought a new flasher module as the blinkers appear to be acting funny with the new lights (incandescent). Will eventually switch over to LEDs.

Update - New flasher module fixed the blinkers. Old one appeared to still be from 1974!!! It was teal and matched the teal on the wiring harness.

Time to give the Bronco a little more rumble. I decided to go with the BC Broncos 2 in 1 kit with a Cherry Bomb vortex muffler. Really happy with the results and the kit setup.

Great back story from Dale - I'll figure out how to consolidate and include here for those interested! Now that the oldest is off to college I decided to sell some of the original parts (Bench seat, Steelies and Hub caps).

Bought a set of original buckets and (remarkably) found some Ginger Hounds tooth interior that I think will go nicely with the Spice soft top and Wimbledon White exterior. Sounds like it will take a month at the Upholstery shop as they are backed up...more pics to come

Also starting to look at Consoles (leaning towards Spice Tuffy, but TBP console is also in the running with the Spice armrest (but black)....

Backseat completed. Still need to paint the vinyl armrests. Structural on first 2 upholstery shops for the front seats but found another shop to do them. Dropped off and estimating 3 weeks.

Leaning towards the Tuffy console without the radio spot and spice armrest or recovering it. More pics to come!

Absolutely thrilled to finally have the front seats completed, frames repaired, and painted, new foam covers etc. Also need to dye the armrests if you have any tips. Have all the materials and Ginger dye.

The seats look great. Good luck getting the Tuffy console. I placed an order in December and it’s still back ordered.

Dyed the rear armrests today. From Parchment to Ginger! Pretty happy with the results and likely will do the front armrests also.
