Small spacer

I have a 2.5" wild horses suspension. I have the "lean" to the left. The c bushings were installed correctly, but it still leaned to the left. I took it to a local off road shop on Monday and dropped it off. The guy has done quality work for me in the past. I explained what needed to be done. He already knew about the c bushings and the lean.
They took the front apart twice, and they even tried switching the coils from one side to the other. No changes.
They decided to check the rear leafs. I have the 11 pack leaf springs. They found that the leafs on the left were not arched the same as the right. So I let them re-arch the left side. Better, but still a little off. I want this thing level!!
The owner of the shop said he could make me a small spacer for the left coil to even it out like I want it.
I figure that just about every leveling kit on the market consist of a spacer and shock
Relocation bracket for most newer trucks/suv.
I hate when my trucks don't sit level.
Would you guys put a small spacer in yours to get it level?
The guy doing the work has been in business for almost 30 years and has a good reputation.

If you've already driven it extensively, loaded it up and down and let the springs settle in a bit, then I would not have any issue putting a spacer of the proper height on my Broncos. I'm assuming we're only talking less than an inch at this point anyway, correct?
No issue for me, and just be ready to remove it someday if things change and that side ends up high.

Just make sure any spacers are "pinned" using the spring perch hole and the center pin of the leaf pack.

You just need to put something pretty in the seat on the passengers side. Why worry about a little lean, you can't see it when your sitting in the truck. best luck chasing this down. Did they swap the rear leifs from side to side?

Damn Rusty!!
If she's heavy enough to lean it the other way I'm just going to let it lean to the left.

I sent the link from wild horses via text to the shop owner this morning. I should hear from him tomorrow.

Sounds from your earlier description that they know their way around a C-bushing adjustment, but it never hurts to double check and make sure everyone has all the info.

If you think that each spring is exact, each vehicle is the same, and the loads are identical, you're living in a dream world. Sure there may be some merit to the radius arm tightening process theory, but if that's it, why are most leans to the passenger side?
My lean was because of the difference in weight. The Driver side is heavier and a 3/4" spacer under the driver side leaf spring fixed it.

I did the WH tech article to a tee, everything was aligned precisely. Until I put the weight back on and it leans driver side. I might try "fixing it" by adjusting the radius arm bushings to get it to sit right. If not that, then a spacer on rear leaf.

Everybody who has the lean, do you have the spare in the middle or to the right side like stock? I have no spare on right now, so I think it would tend to lean drivers side.

EDIT, or has anyone noticed if front driver side is low, is the rear passenger side high?
