Since Cody already went off topic about the millennials comment I’ll also give my two cents. I’m a millennial and I fight that stupid stigma you have every single day at work. Went to a technical high school graduated with 2 years experience as a machinist and 3 full time job offers. Took a whopping 4 days off after graduation and have worked full time mostly 45-60 hour weeks ever since. (8years ago now). Bought my own house at 19, first brand new car at 24, and soley support my family of 4. So please don’t use the word “all” when describing lazy millennials. I would even hesitate to use the word “most”. It’s not like the generations before us left a lovely economy and job market for us to step into. “Entry level” positions requiring 2-5 years experience and only paying $15/hr at best. I’m now in charge of 6 guys and 3 huge CNC machines and I agree it’s hard to find people to work but it’s hard to find any aged people to work their birthdate doesn’t seem to matter. To the op I apologize for the rant. The only dealing I have ever had with BC Broncos was buying a power steering hose which arrived timely and correct and then last summer I contacted them to purchase one of their toll ages but they said they had no one to make them and didn’t know when they would be able to supply it again.
