Started tearing it down tonight

I started tearing down the driver's side tonight to replace the floor, rocker and and spent about 3-4 hours already. I had to siphon the aux. tank to drop it, pull the door and then start removing the fender. I broke 2 bolts along the top of the fender and I broke the threaded fastener on the rear most bolt on top of the fender. Any ideas how to get this bolt out besides pulling the hood and drilling it out?

Don't worry about breaking any of the body bolts or the U-nuts that the bolts thread into. That last fender bolt is not a problem. Once you get the bronco apart, you will see how easy it is to replace even that last u-nut. If you go to a autobody supply store you can buy 50 new bolts and 50 new U-nuts for right around $22 through J&T.

Thanks 2bad. If that last one is stuck in there though, any suggestions on how to get it out? The threaded part of the u-nut broke away from the rest of the u-nut and now the bolt is just spinning with the u-nut piece and they're both in tight spots.

Can you get a grinder or cut off wheel in there to cut the head off?

I barely got my grinder with a 1/2 worn cutting wheel up there and cut off the u-nut and threaded part of the bolt. Then the head came right off.
