I figured I would go with the Hammered steel/gray color (rattle cans). It holds up pretty good and easy to touch up if scratched. I started some of it (in picture)
Pre fitting it together in the Bronco is a must. You need to have a helper for sure and get some ratcheting straps to hold things together once you get going. Tac it in place and then move it out to do the heavy duty welding. Im sure others here have some even better tips. While in the Bronco cover everything up very good and have your helper keep an eye out while your welding (be sure to cover the windshield).
It's held up really well to 4 moves over the years and still looks great. It should be even better when I finally put it together and into the Bronco (hopefully this summer ). Lots of projects to do before then...
