Starter engages "one click" when turning engine off!

The last couple of days I have had this problem. As I turn the key from RUN (while engine is running) to OFF, the starter engages for a split second. This only seems to occur when the engine is running as I have tried to duplicate the issue with the engine off with no success.

It just started doing this and nothing has changed on the rig in the last few days.

Thoughts?

Starter not retracting all the way? Ignition switch?

I'd also say it could be the ignition switch but then again maybe you have a bad wire somewhere and are getting a back feed into the solenoid.

99.9% would say ignition switch.
