Ok so here is what I have going on

I am going to be replacing the follow panels on my rig

Drivers and pass side floor pans

Upper seat area

Panel under pass seat

Inner rocker

Outer rocker

Front and rear door strikers

That is what I want to complete first
I have both sides of the dash area new too and front inner fenders
She needs work but I am determined to make her great. I am a mechanic by trade in the coast guard and I think with some help from my buddy who is a welder by trade we should be able to do this job.

Can anyone give me some pointers, experience on this job I am starting
Any info would be awesome
Thank you

Wow that sure is a good looking rig,are you sure it needs all that stuff replaced? Anyway the one thing you'll want to do is brace the door openings by tac welding some supports from the hinge area to the striker posts so you don't lose the alignment of your doors, especially if you plan on moving the rig around cuz they can fold up on you.Good luck.

go look through the build threads that are stickied at the beginning of chat. I also just did this also on one of mine. It is Chandlers build thread. Fordfan also has one he redid that I remember. Brace, measure, measure, measure....

Like the others have said, brace and measure everything for reference. I also took a ton of pictures of mine to be able reference, and they proved invaluable through my panel replacement. You may consider new body mounts prior to replacing the panels. I did this prior to my panel replacement as I wanted a solid foundation to build from. After I finished everything lined up very well. Take your time and be methodical in everything you do and you'll be fine. Good luck and keep us updated.

Thanks everyone for the info
She is in need of some work. This truck was a flipper and I was scammed pretty bad on it. I think the guy before me was scammed too so he just passed it on to me
I love it and I have a lot of the new panels already.
It looks very overwhelming but it will help me with patience and when she is all done I can say I did this
