I have been on four offroading trips and three of them have had downpours. Seats and everything got soaked. Yes, I even had a tarp but would cag and end up in the cab. Not anymore. It even came with its own storage bag. $195 shipped.

I like that. I get almost as wet with my hardtop on as I do when my bikini top is on!
