im not having any problems with sloppiness of the steering but my only problem is that when i turn my steering doesnt want to correct itself, it just wants to keep on turining, i just put in a new power steering box, new steering shafts, new bushings, but the only thing i diddnt replace was my steering stabilizer, like i said there is absolutley no play in the steering so thats not a problem, i dont no what to do, thanks guys!

Check your caster. You may be somewhere around zero caster. You can pick up some bushings/shims that go in the steering knuckle above the ball joint. You can get some with up to, I believe, 4 degrees of offset at your local NAPA or other good auto parts store. If you remove the castle nut on top of the knuckle you will see it. You need a ball joint socket to remove them, so pick one of those up too, if you don't have one.

Also remove your steering stabilizer temporarily to see if it's frozen up or anything. If it is, or is super stiff, it could contribute to that as well.
So can simple things like frozen (or at least semi-frozen) axle u-joints, balljoints or anything else that puts too much tension on the steering system.
Insufficient positive caster is the most common problem though, so check yours for sure like they were saying.
