Not sure if it is happening this year but in years past there has been a trip to Windrock park in Oliver Springs TN.

In the past, I have usually worked in a wheeling trip to Windrock. It's always been very to no little interest since most people are bringing show and shine Broncos. It's never been "official," or a part of the other Super Celebration rides. I don't have the vacation time this year to do it so have not even mentioned it.

I'm planning on attending this year, a wheeling trip to Windrock would be great. Sucks you won't make it SC74.

I was planning to stay the first part of the week at a timeshare in Sevierville. Will the traffic still be a mess trying to get to Townsend? I hope to firm up my plans as soon as Bronco Driver puts out the daily activities.

Mornings will be no problem moving around. I drive to the celebration each morning through sevierville into pigeon forge and on to Townsend. Afternoons are deadlocked coming back. Back roads then. School is let out early because of it. I also mtn bike / hike and never hesitate to venture out even on a rod run weekend.

I have to be at a company conference the next week in Nashville so I though maybe I would drive over for the weekend events. Is Saturday the prime day for any celebrations regarding the 50th? I won't have Bronco with me. Will that eliminate my involvement in any raffles, etc. I haven't been to this one before so don't know what takes place.

Looking for cabins now. May bring the Bronco but probably not register for the show. I think I would be embarrassed based the rides I saw 2 years ago when I was there.

It never hurts to register. Most everyone does register including the trail rigs.

Bbow, don't think that. All levels of build are welcome. You won't find anyone at this show look down on your truck just because it's a rust bucket, not painted or in any state of disrepair.

It's a Bronco, and that's good enough for us!

you get a free shirt , free copy of the EB magazine , few raffle tickets and one evening dinner (BBQ w. fixings and ice tee )!!

I register my 77 and enjoy every minute of it. Just look in my garage and see that it is no beauty queen.

This year's super celebration is going to be my bachelor party. 12 buddies are coming. 4 of us are bronco nuts and the rest will be by the end! I plan to bring U15FL732036 since it's the 50th anniversary I feel it's fitting the 2nd earliest bronco known to exist be there. I'm also wrapping up a really cool 66 build for one of the friends that is planning to drive it up. Can't wait to see everyone and their Broncos!

I booked my camping reservation today!! I think we'll need a tour guide for Windrock earlier in the week.

Right now, I am planning on driving my '75 out from Missouri there. It will be out of paint in a couple of weeks. It has been very good mechanically. I will use mostly scenic routes out there that I have taken before. I have spent time in and around the Smokies quite a bit and know the area. Is anyone else making the trip in their EB from my area?

Exactly! Blue71 let me use one of his Broncos last year and I registered it for the exact reasons Franko stated, it goes to help support the event.
