Wife and I had a blast, she was really blown away. she said she wasn't expecting so many Broncos in one place. Wish we could have brought ours, but its in a bazillion pieces in the garage. Maybe in a couple years. Met some great folks, saw a few i already know and just had a great time all around. x2 on the forum tags, maybe t-shirts or signs on the broncos? anyway, just an idea.

I like to describe things in detail after a few coors lights....hehe

I was actually talking about other folks. People kept mentioning it to me after I got it. It was a great buy.

Next year I may try to bring some kind of tag or something with my username. Also, I'd like to gather a bunch of the old Bronco toys to sell next year.

And a few more . . .

Wow, you actually took a pic of mine?? There were SO many nice ones there, I hope to someday make mine nice enough to bring home some hardware. I might need to get on Nick's 2 year waiting list to get it that nice. :) I hated that I had to leave on Saturday afternoon, I wanted to check out the hot rods in Pigeon forge too. Next year..

well my dad and I had a great time. I think I sold, traded and bought the same dollar value in parts while there. It was great to see friends and the changes they made to their trucks over the winter. Thanks to Tom, John and the crew for another great event.
Phred didn't like the dolly wheels Ben and I promised never to install them again. No more dollys for me or Phred.

We rolled into the garage Sunday about 4. I unloaded the truck, put the 33's back on and left yesterday morning to look at a job in NC. Phred is now covered in dirt and mud from driving 250 miles up and back (about 16 of it on a fresh cut road to the top of a private mountain). I'll get him clean up in time for the round up.

Brett,

It was a real pleasure meeting your dad over the weekend. I see why you turned out to be such a nice guy.

Actually, I couldn't help but think about how nice it would be to have been there with my dad if I hadn't already lost him in 2008. Hopefully, Greyson will always remember us going to Super Celebration together and having such a good time though.

well my dad and I had a great time.

Face it man, your Bronco is sweet. ;D

Whatever.. I appreciate it. All I need is more time and money ;D After seeing so many great ones there , it gave me a lot of ideas. Mine really needs a little more suspension lift and bigger tires. My old JD 2" lift with 31 x 10.50 just don't look right, let alone I can't go too many places with that setup. My Bronco has been in storage for like 8 years so there is a lot that I need to do to get it where I want it. Like I said, money and time...

most of us are in the time and money stages. I could have got an award for the worst one there. But driving these amazing machines is what it is all about. Be proud you own one , are in a community of great people , and it does'nt have to just sit. I try to remember that some of the best one's there were probably ruff at some point. And the great people I have met because of my bronco's .
(stepping down off of my soapbox...hehe ;D )

I sure had a great time this year. The Celebration seems to keep growing bigger and bigger. The Bronco Driver staff sure knows how to put on a show. It was great to see everyone old friends and new ones. I alway enjoy selling off some parts for some extra cash, but this year I spent the money that I made buying some new parts for my build. Hopfully next year I will drive my Bronco there instad of just showing off my chassis.

Super Celebration make plans for next year

Here are a few pics also,
Notice the photographer in the 1st photo......
Too many to see every little detail that makes everyone's truck special to each of us.
It is so cool to see what each person designs or portrays to make their truck "Their own"
From all the many details from trailers to Big Blue ones and Blue Diesels to Blue Winners to ones with new homes to wooden trucks going home, to a field full of Broncos as far as you can see! To just getting out camping with the family for the weekend in the Smoky Mountains, we had a great time! If you missed it make plans to be there next year!

Chad, are you the guy I bought the black center caps from? Wish I had known and introduced myself! Nice chassis BTW - I showed it to my dad who was attending his 2nd Bronco event. I was trying to school him in all things Bronco and your chassis helped!

Kudos to the staff and their families for hosting a great Bronco event!! Its well worth the drive from wherever you live. Scoop and I both drove 9 hrs each way, Ransil drove 10 hrs each way and there are probably others who drove further than we did. If you missed it make plans for late April 2011 (date has not been announced yet) to attend. It doesn't matter if your bronco is bone stock, highly modified or somewhere in between, just bring it and enjoy the bronco community commraderie.
