Suspension parts have arrived - any words of advise on where to start. Heres the list. 3 1/2 nationals - with bushings. 4 in. BC coils. Rear inboard shock hoop, wristed arm, all new front bushings, F-250 front shock towers. Oh ya a new set of 9012s (Rancho). I havent got any of the drop brackets since I wanted to check the major components first.

I like to do the front first, since you have all the bushing and a wristed arm start there. I use white lithium grease on the bushings, if you haven'y done these before, just take off one piece or side at a time and reinstall with the new stuff. If you need to do any painting of parts now is the time, also it might be fun to install to see what flex each part gives you: like the coils first, then the shocks and towers, then the wristed arm. The rear will go really fast in comparison to the front. PS get a drop brkt and pittman arm, and extended brk lines before you drive it much, it will pay off to be safe. Good luck

Exactly what he said. Sounds like you got a great setup there. I think you'll like the 4.5 front and 3.5 rear...it will be more level and can clear 35's with just a little trimming. Definitely get the drop pitman and trac bar, as well as front and rear extended lines. Good luck.

Ive already installed the extended brake lines (e-brake too). These were limiting travel before. I guess maybe I got things backwards. Ive got part of the rear torn down. I thought this might be a good place to start since it looked a bunch easier than the front end.

It seemed that the wristed arm and positioning of the shock tower and the lower shock mount might be the tough part.

I was also told to go for the rear first so that I have an idea on the ride height. Does this even matter?

PS Comparing old suspension and new, I might have some trouble getting it out of the garage. Oh well, I do have a chain saw if all else fails.

If it comes to that, air down the tires and put alot of weight in it to compress the suspension.

Then if that does happen tell the wife that you need a bigger garage. ;D

Wife? Whats that ;D Is that what everyone is talking about before buying EB parts. I guess I have an advantage over most.

Just did the same - rebuilt everything on the front and rear. I suggest (cause it worked) to drop the entire front end - it is critical that you keep everything level and square. I tried doing everything one side at a time and found it to be difficult. My advice - drop the front end and be sure to tighten the radius arms up in unison so as to avoid the "Bronco Lean" which happens when you install one side at a time
