• Be EXTREMELY cautious if someone offers to buy your Bronco for more than your asking price and sight unseen. ESPECIALLY if the buyer is overseas. It's probably a scam.

  • The Classifieds forum is a place to buy and sell, not an open forum for people to give their opinions on Bronco values. Unless the seller specifically asks for help on pricing, please don't critique quality or asking price. If you're not interested then move on.

    Thanks!

P/N#R1768 - This is Ruff Stuff Specialties' bushing for the 1 ton GM TRE:
http://www.ruffstuffspecialties.com/catalog/R1768.html

I purchased this incorrectly for my newly-replaced WH suspension; paid ~$29.00 shipped, installed it, greased it, drove it around the block, realized that the hole was too big, and ordered the correct P/N#R2008, which BTW I had to drill out to 11/16"+ to fit. Ruff Stuff would not accept this for exchange, BTW...

$20.00 shipped CONUS - PayPal is fine.

Sorry to hijack, but how did the R2008 work, did it stop or reduce the tie rod roll? I am interested in purchasing one.

Hard to say, since I did the entire F&R suspensions/steering all at the same time - plus I put a LOT of caster in it. Sure didn't HURT it none; not too hard to figger that a fairly "solid" mount at that location HAS to be better than a big rubber "donut", IMHO...
