Getting ready to go back to a stock style dash and swap out my 96 Ford Explorer column/wheel for a 91 F250 tilt column. Not sure which wheel I want to add, please post up pics of what you've got. thanks

I've had a 14" Lecarra Mark 9 Bordeaux for about 13 yrs now and like it a lot. You can get the two-tone leather grip in several colors it you're looking to match an interior accent color. In my case that was gray.

That looks good, I got a Mk9 which is pretty similar to what you've got. I didn't find a horn button I liked for it yet

I have a Grant 15" wooden steering wheel and I love it. Some things I like to have a classic look and a retro looking steering wheel looks great.

These are all very interesting, but what I would like to see is an aftermarket wheel that looks like the stock wheel but in a smaller diameter. I have a stock theme going on with the Chariot right down to the volcano hub caps, and the stock wheel can feel a bit twitchy when coupled to a quick ratio steering box.

Has anyone been able to put the stock steering wheel on an after market column? I'd love to do it if someone figured out how to make it work

Steering wheel

This is a pic before tear down. My dash will be much better but I will likely re-use this wheel. I like it. It needs polished up again.

Hey mars. There were some ford cars of the 60's and 70's that used similar steering wheels. Might be able to find one smaller on them. ( mercury's and lincoln's too) :p
