Great info Steve. I want my 4R40W in before the Roundup...we'll see if that happens or not. One good this is I already have the ZF adapter! ;D

MMMM and I'd like to have these babies on before the Round up too but I dont see it happening! Its good to have dreams/goals though!

Yellow. And yeah I have considered the upgrade! ;D

Problem is I'm considering a bunch of others too. I hate to spend the money just 'putting them under there" just to want to do a few other things too. So I think I'm in parts collection mode till I can do it all at once. Probably next winter-ish.

I have 7 Sundays left to get it going...with the wife working nights, weeknights are totally out, I work Saturday mornings at a friends garage, so I have 1/4 days on Saturdays, and all day Sunday to complete the mechanical portion as well as the electrical (which will take the most time I think...I'm hopeful to have it running before BYOB...but there's a chance it won't be...

Had to fab a new cross member (pic coming shortly). The driveshaft wont clear the stock modified one...

23 gallon tank is going in today!! Next is exhaust.

New Crossmember...Old one (modified stocker) wouldn't allow the front driveshaft to connect to the axle...this one gives PLENTY of space...and still allows the removal of the pan in case of service...
