Well, my idea to use the Explorer radiator has just been dashed...I thought it was going to fit, but it's a couple inches too wide. So, off to eBay to spend more money...I'll be working on the wiring instead.

On a side note, the power steering and fuel lines have been laid in place. Just need to be made up and secured...

What's wrong with the Bronco radiator you were using? I'm just running a stock radiator and have never had a problem. You'll need a cross over pipe for the lower hose though.

The tube came from BCB and I think the the upper house did too. The tube is a little pricey but save a lot of time.

Yes. looks the same only my tube was stainless I think. Maybe why it was so pricey. I don't see it on BCs page anymore. Who is selling that one?

It was a quick and easy install and has been there since 2005 with no problems.

OK, I see it now.

I don't remember how much mine was but at the time. Maybe knowing now what a time saver it was make me thing the price isn't all that bad now. A lot less than a new radiator that's for sure.

Yup...I think I'm going to try the hoses Marco suggested first...figure $20 or so a pop, can always return them if they look like they won't work...

Yes very true and you can get creative by cutting the hose and using some exhaust pipe to route the hose where you want it.

Years ago I lost the radiator in my 78 F150 with a 300 6. Was planning on a 460 conversion at the time so I put the correct radiator in for that and had to use two flex hoses with exhaust pipe as Ken suggests. Worked great for a few years until I rebuilt the 6, and I put the correct radiator in... ;D

Just put a shout out to the BONES group...My shoulders are making it very difficult to do much of anything, so I need some help to finish her up.
