The dual batteries are wired and terminated on (really big) junction blocks, they're also tied together with 1/0 welding cable. The chassis harness is powered (I have LIGHTS!! and a RADIO!!!!) Next is the engine harness and with Todd, Ken, Randy & Dave's help with the schematics, it will hopefully be running this weekend!!!!!!

Tune in next week, same Bat time, same Bat channel...

The Turd is wired!!!

Had to roll out the winch (HOLY CABLE LENGTH!!!! it nearly went across the whole cul-de-sac) it was a little tangled, but nothing that was unrepairable...used the Jeep as ballast to keep the cable tight.

Wired up a momentary switch in the dash for drivers-seat control of the winch, as well as a winch mounted lanyard...Winch. Done.

Started on the wiring of the fan and Randy (Tasker) graciously showed up. We banged out the rest of the engine wiring in a few short hours. We had it all done and were cranking it over by 9:10...no fire, so I'll put more gas in the tank in the morning and do some trouble shooting...

Good luck brother! I will be close today but I have already been roped in to repairs at my little sisters new house.

Zzzzzzzzzzz...........

Got it all wired up. Fan works with a remote switch for the really HOT days (i.e. Gore) and have th Explorer computer all wired.

I have 78 pounds of pressure for fuel, I have spark, but I have no running engine...I'm stumped...Air locked is the only reason that has been come up with, but after coating myself in gas and purging the system, I'm stumped...
