I am finally getting to upgrade to front discs. I have gotten the drum off, knuckle clearenced, new hub and bearings back on. Trouble starts when I put the inside part of the locking hub in the hub. I cannot get the axle out far enough to get the snap ring on the axle. These are superwinch locking hubs. Is this a problem as they are not mile marker or warn as listed. Are these too thick to get the snap ring on the axle. Cannot get it out even with a bolt in the end and pulling on it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Need y'alls help as Toms is not open until Monday and work will not let me work on it until the following Monday!
NEVER MIND, I FEEL LIKE A FOOL. TURNED THE PAGE OF THE INSTRUCTIONS AND THERE IT WAS, THE SMALL SNAP RING ON THE END OF THE AXLE IS NOT USED!!!!! DUH THANKS ANYWAY

For peace of mind, you can use a large washer and bolt in the end of the axle.

Not needed, but several of us do so.
