I just had my transmission rebuilt and now im having an issue with a leak from the transmission to the transfer case adapter. I had it back to the transmission shop because the first gasket looked like it wasnt installed correctly. The gasket has been replaced and it is still leaking. I pulled the transfer case and ran a thin bead of (the right stuff) gasket sealer , let it sit for a week before filling the transmission its still leaking from the bottom of the case, bolts are all tight. Looking for suggestions as im losing my patience 76 302 c4

A picture of the leak area would help. Are you sure it's leaking at the bottom? I ask because the C4 vent is at the top of the adapter and it's common to leak there if the C4 is overfilled.
