Transmission/Tranfer case help

Alright guys, I have my 4.6 swap getting ready to install. I want to use a manual transmission and was considering using the M5OD due to the much lower cost than a ZF. I have a Dana 20 transfer case and I'm aware they make an adapter kit for this swap. I can also get a BW4406 with the M5OD tranny. Is there any reason I can't use the BW4406? It would make an easier swap. Just looking for input.

You may want to do some measuring but I'm pretty sure that BW4406 will be to wide to fit between the frame rails on a Bronco.

Quick google image search also confirms that it is a very long transfer case with a slip yoke. In short, you will never be able to fit a rear driveshaft.
