Busy bee here with all the small details...wrapped up my wiring, lights, Gauges, and mounted my dash and dash pad. Closing in on the “finished” line. At least enough to drive it, then I have odds and ends to add as time and money allow. These items are putting a smile on my face...never had a dash pad previously, and really love the LED tail lights.

Looking good! I need to get back in town and finish my 69 to catch up.

I like those LED Tail Lights as well. Which one's did you go with?

These are Toms LED panel on top and their white LED bulb for the backup light. I have LEDs for the front signals but they won’t work with my flasher for some reason. Either need to add the resistors or get a different flasher maybe.

Just installed my new door panels...picked these up from a guy that makes/sells them on eBay. Nice clean look.

Did you have to cut the holes for the door handle and the window crank, i think i found them on ebay and just wondering.

Those door locks look familiar! :)

Yes Ryan - nice work sir...love the black trim.

Jaarchers...the eBay seller listed the later door panels with the cut outs for the paddle lever, and I contacted him asking about making an early set and he has a template and made these with the early configuration cut out for window crank and lever.

Another good weekend...finishing work is so tedious. Put some of the dash controls in, fussed with the new steering wheel but for some reason the horn contacts overlap and cause the horn to blow all the time (disconnected). Shorted out a few new electrical connections and need to do some sleuthing to find the culprit. Got the glove box door and liner in. Welded an extra 1.5” onto my shift rod so the gearbanger shifts better. And the grand finale was wiping down the interior and putting the cage in place. Loving the black trim with the Cavalry Blue, next weekend...seats.

That's a beauty!

Horn contacts in my goofy Grant? wheel did the same so I disconnected it and put a small button under the dash.

Installed the seats today with a little help from my daughter. Very pleased with how they fit. driver seat has a slider as well as manual height adjustment and recline. Front passenger has slider and recline. Very solid, and comfortable. These are from a 2016 2 door JK. I removed the base on each front seat and mounted slider rails directly to the floor. Passenger side I had to fab a leg from the original bracket and it looks great. Rear seat is another story...TeraFlex sells a bracket but it’s several hundred dollars so I took the basic concept and made my own.
