Yeah that magnetic grey was one of the sharpest Broncos I’ve ever seen.

The Calvary Blue is going to look really good. I'm looking forward to seeing it when it's done.

And now we wait....

Stopped by the painter this week and progress was made - first coat of primer and a few spots to fix up yet but looking nice and straight.

Thought I would post up some pics of the Duffs 2 into 1 exhaust while we wait for paint. This was one of the prototype kits from Monster Mike and we only had one pipe that needed re-sized which was the cross pipe...the bends were hitting the NP435. Once Mike cut a new cross pipe it all fit well. No leaks detected, and it sounds great with a Delta 40 Flowmaster muffler. Overall this was a very clean DIY kit and I had no issues assembling it. It fits extremely high an tight...close to the frame and gives a lot more space than my prior dual setup. Now there is no exhaust running down the driver side next to the fuel pump and lines which is a big advantage. Amazing how the tail pipe routing is so accurate. Mounting is really solid...I could do a pull up on the exhaust and it wouldn’t budge. Nice kit overall.

Tidy fitment!

I suspect that you're going to want heat shields between the floor and the muffler (those FM's dump a lot of heat!) and between the exhaust and the fuel tank (hot fuel is easier to vapor-lock).

Yeah that’s sitting in the back of my mind and been thinking how to shield the tank and floor.

On the exhaust you can wrap the pipes alongside the tank with header wrap. I had the pipes on my harley wrapped and you could touch the wrap without getting burned on a hot bike (normal drag pipes will roast you in a second) Easy to use for a small section like that- you wrap tight and hold the ends in place with stainless zip ties essentially.

I wouldn't. I've seen the results of oil getting into the wrap when the exhaust was hot. No thanks.

I’ve been holding out on pics of the new paint until I get a few things done...but over the last week I have installed the windshield, door handles and locks, fender flares and fuel filler :) I really like the color, depending on the light it’s grayish blue, no metallic to the paint...so it looks old school but pretty sharp. Pics don’t look nearly as good as in person. What do you think?

Great job

Just installed my new door panels...picked these up from a guy that makes/sells them on eBay. Nice clean look.

I saw a Calvary Blue Toyota Pro yesterday and made me think of your build.

Paint looks great!
