Well you may not have to but, The EGR valve is attached to a spacer plate. While the EGR valve gasket may have vacuum leak it would probably also have a exhuast leak if it was bad so it could be the Spacer plate gaskets that are leaking.

no carb spacer plate

So I went to try to fix the leak and my bronco does not have a carb spacer plate with the egr attached.

the egr is attached directly to the rear of the intake manifold and the carb is attached directly to the intake manifold as well.

is it because the po replaced the 2100 with a 2150 1.21 venturi?

Thats odd. Ive never seen a manifold with a intergated EGR port. Never know. but Id double check real good maybe its all gunked up and just doesnt appear to be a spacer. If it doesnt have a spacer than it wont have a gasket and it shouldnt be leaking unless the manifold is cracked.
Model of carb has nothing to do with the EGR. Of course a 1.21 is to big for a 302 unless your racing IMO.

I have seen those manifolds with the EGR bolted directly to the manifold. I think it's a later model 302 manifold.

x2, The 2100 vs 2150 has nothing to do with the EGR.
