I recently acquired a 1972 Bronco that has been in the family. I referenced the broncohio page to fill in most of the info. Does this look right? I've seen a few of the past comments on the model U151 not having info. Also, what does the body code actually represent? Half cab ect?

Thanks,

Cody

We have several VIN expert members here, so you should get all your details filled in pretty quickly, I would think.
The body code has more information than that in fact. The actual type of bronco, whether roadster, Pickup, or wagon, is strictly in the prefix. a U13 is a roadster, U14 is a half cab/pickup, and a U15 is a wagon.
151 helps to designate whether it’s got the light or heavy duty package in some cases.
I’m not 100% sure on that, but others will fill in all the gaps.

72' wagon with a 302, manual transmission built in 10/71'.
R is Sequoia Brown Poly
Small bearing 9" rear with 4.11 open gears/Dana 44 in the front
34 is for Parchment rosette front buckets and rear seat. The other things you have are correct.
