And a few from the Petersen's 4wheel & Off Road Jamboree from 83 i think.
Brokehorse, Great pictures!
I'm glad this thread re-surfaced. Just looked through all 7 previous pages of awesomeness. I guess I'm still a newbie since I bought my first EB, a 74, in 2000.
I bought it from a man stationed on Fort Jackson in Columbia, SC. It was a rust bucket, primer gray over the camo paint scheme under the peeling primer. Nice aluminum wheels that I still have and some no-name 33's that rode like square rocks. I've still got that rig and don't think I'll ever let it go. I put a different body on it and tons of other work since. I actually just recently pulled that motor out that he had put in. It's getting a re-worked Explorer 5.0 and 4r70w, with a fresh coat of paint.
Hey Robert. Since 2000, 21 years have passed! Do you have pictures of the '74 when you first bought it? 21 years ago makes it almost 'vintage'!
Here's my first one about 30 years ago! ....1983, 1994 and maybe 2003...
And a few of the progression of my Bronco over the years. Tire size changed slightly from when it was bought.
Here are a few more from another 4wheel jamboree
That's cool you caught me in action at the Jamboree.
Here are some more from that race.
Wow! Is that you Jack?...for real??;D;D;D ...Really!! I didn't know that you knew how to drive in the mud!...;D;D;D
Yes it's me!
Here it is after fresh paint.
