69 f-250 with 300 CID I6. 4 speed manual w/granny gear. Rust up the ying yang. Took the box off and made flat bed. When we took the box off we thought we had all the bolts out so we hung a chain up about 12 feet in a tree and punched a hole in the back of the box to hook up the chain. Took off like a bat out of hell and raised the back of the truck about 6 ft in the air. We forgot the two bolts underneath in front of the bumper. Needless to say we had to give it a few tries for shits and giggles before we pulled the bolts and finished the job. The engine was so shot that I had to put in a quart of oil nearly every time I filled up with gas. When I sold the engine out of it the guy tore it down and the skirts were missing from three of the pistons. How it ran I have no idea.

first was a 66 impala, 283, powerglide, wouldn't spin the tires on wet pavement. Dad had bought it for $100 about 2 years before he gave it to me and I drove it for about 6 months before I gave it back to him and he drove it several more years. then I bought a 67 Falcon, 6 cyl, 3 on the tree, most of the other kids thought it was v8 auto the way I drove it. too many others to count but favorite was a 73 mustang 351 4v, c6 that I have been about 150 mph in, it is a wonder I am still here.

1942 FORD MB. This was FORD's production of the Willy's Jeep contract for the US Military during WWII. Bought it in high school. Still carry the pic of it in my wallet... : )

First car was my 66 mustang, sprint 200 and four wheel drums, all original except the paint. Got it back in 1999

Had a '72 Ford Courier. My dad bought it for me so I could get to work faster after school and make deliveries for him. Second vehicle was a '67 Bronco that started my love affair with them to this day.

1966 Plymouth Belvedere II..was my grandfathers, then my moms and then sat on the side of the house for about 8 years until I turned 15 and me and my brother-in-law re-built the engine...

My 1st day of 10th grade at a new school I rolled up thinking I would have the coolest hoopty car...my best friend to this day drove up in one identical to mine...we hated each other at first, but that soon changed when we needed each others help working on them.

My first vehicle was the '73 bronco I still have today that you see in the "My Garage" feature here at CB.. Purchased it from the Jacksonville Electric Authority in '82.
