I am getting The Ultimate Suspension(3.5") from JamesDuff and wanted your thoughts on what is the largest wheel I can fit without rubbing. I am getting the Classic Lock 15 inch Wheels but I have no idea about what size tires to buy. I am pretty sure I will be going with some type of SuperSwamper. I would like to hear what yall have to say and would really like to see some pictures. Thanks

I would go with 33" x12.5" 35" would probably rub unless you have flares cut up high.

whazzup! im from beaumont too. i have 33x 12.50 with 15x10 wheels and i have a rear fender flare and the front rubs a little on sharp turns. i have flares for the front but i dont have them on yet. with warflares you may be able to run bigger tires.
dont you go to west brook too?sorry i dont have any good side pics.

I have 35x12.5.15s on a 3.5 inch lift, but my cut outs are really big, and I have extended rear bump stops. I have had some rubbing. I think 33s are the limit

if you want bigger tires get a wh bodylift along with the suspension. it only cost $130 for the bodylift. ive been planning on doing this so i can get 35s

if you want to put fenders like mine on the front you could run 37s and not rub at all,you just need to cut the back high or extend the bumps like socaltom said.

I'm not sure you guys are reading his original post. He's ordered the Ultimate JD 3.5" lift which does require a 2" BL to clear the shock hoops. That lift is designed to run the 35s. 33s on 5.5" of lift is OK but, doesn't look as good as 35s on 5.5" of lift. Also, with the Gorilla War Flares, 35s will look SAWEET and shouldn't rub the body.

If you are going to run 3.5" susp. with 2" body lift... Then run 35's.... If no body lift run 33's... I have 33's now and I WILL be going to 35's.. the 33's look too small..

I ran the Duff's 3.5 ultimate for a while with 35x12.5 mudders, and Duffs urethane flares. The fronts cleared but the rears ate the back of the flares off on full compression. Switched to Warflares and am now OK with 37"s.

if they say anything just ask what their truck will look like in 30 years. probably be in a junk yard.

keep in mind that you probably have the stock axle ratio and with have to switch to 4:56 to have good power with 35s
Depends on driving style. My Jeep on 35s was running 3.07 gears when I first got the lift and tires on. I had NO problems turning them with a 4.0L I6. I went to 3.73s when I swapped out my D35 for a Ford 8.8 but, never went higher then that. They were fine for on road and off. When off road, I NEVER used 4 Hi anyways. Everything I'd do was in 2 Hi. Then, when I needed it, I'd lock into 4 Lo and had a 3.8:1 Atlas II. I thought that was too low going from the 2.7:1 NP231.

My Bronco will get 4.10s and 35s. What you may think I lack in gears, I make up in driving skills and horsepower... MUHAHAHAHAHA ;D ;D ;D

How are you guys getting 35's under a 3.5" susp w/2" body and not rubing all over the place off road?

I would stay with 33" for a 3.5 and 2' lift.
I have a WH 3.5" suspension and 2" body with 33" Pro Comp Mud TA's and rub. In the picture you can see were painted the fenders black in frount, it's kinda what I am looking for after I cut and install the Warflares so I can fit 35-37's after going to a 5.5/2" set up.

BTW,
How do you get the pic it to thumbnail?
