I have my transplant donor waiting in the wings. Just need to get my LUBR rust bucket done first so this could be a while. As The car is sitting there and I pull it in and out of the garage daily, I keep thinking about maybe just fixing it for a track rat since the body damage was minimal, then I clear my head and go back to plan A!

Mine is getting closer to being completed however, I have another year left in Florida and prefer to leave the bronco in Texas until I return.

The Coyote transformation is allot of work, I am not much further than when I originally poster the question. I think for my purpose the Coyote is the way to go here in So Cal, it is a better freeway motor with all the traffic we have. Since I was building this mostly from scratch there isn't a huge difference in cost, but I can tell you if you had a running Bronco, with good parts this would be an expensive upgrade, much more than advertised, and there are allot of secrets that are not talked about on this site.

Good advice. A lot if homework is needed before jumping in. The best advice I got so far was talking to Jason at BC. The detail they sent me really opened my eyes.
